Custom Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
The SmartFan Stratus II VFD (variable frequency drive) is designed to control single phase and three phase fractional HP motors from a single phase line. Motor speed is regulated based on control signal inputs (0-10VDC, 4-20mA, transducer, potentiometer or thermistor. Control settings include: idle speed, full speed, motor off, alarm trip points and more can be programmed using the SmartFan Navigator remote programmer, Windows PC or can customized at the factory for orders as small as 50 pieces.
The SmartFan Navigator PRG02-F menu driven remote programmer can be used to customize any number of Stratus II VFDs and can also be used to copy programs from one unit to the next. With 20 programmable variables, the Navigator is one powerful tool. Remote programming provides the ease of menu driven programming while removing the overhead for each control unit.
