Control Resources' custom electronic design manufacturing group utilized its motor control consulting strengths in developing this injection mixing pump controller for radiant heat pump systems. Our motor control consulting engineers designed a control to regulate pump speed based on inputs from four temperature sensors. Our engineers used the Microchip platform to include a multi-function user interface and digital display. Our motor control consulting experience provided a full featured product at an economical price. |

- Output Current: 3.0 Amps @ 40°C
- The controller linearly controls the mixing pump while providing contact closures for secondary pumps and heat demand output to the boiler.
- Digital LED display of temperature and settings
- Alarm output for sensor faults and over temperature condition
